Doing work on my 79 Ironhead

Some idiot who had the bike before me decided to paint the tank while it was still on the frame. Good job you knucklehead, now I'm deciding to get some hi heat black for the top or just leave it red.

Nice and clean.

I broke down last fall around Saco, ME because a bolt snapped off inside my transmission. It wound up getting jammed up in 2nd gear. Only scuffed one of the teeth up very slightly, but was jammed enough to cause me to lose almost all my power and make some crazy bad sounds.

I love these old school z bars. 6" rise 7 1/2 at the center. Go over and get yourself some at www.paughco.com 326-1X9

Thanks to Scott "Scoot" Pitcock down to Cumberland County Choppers for cleaning it all up for me. Should run like a dream in a couple months once the tins are all painted up.
